Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow GRC Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team at S.i. Systems. As a ServiceNow GRC Certified expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ServiceNow ecosystem, including ITSM and CMDB, for a utilities client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in requirement gathering sessions for ITSM and CMDB modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for Service Catalog requests and CMDB CI class owner requirements
  • Perform gap analysis of current and future desired processes
  • Document business and user needs, and log stories in Agile board
  • Coordinate efforts across teams and project stakeholders
  • Work closely with Platform Architect and Developers to ensure requirements are understood and documented
  • Assist with data analysis and support Quality Assurance Test cases
Requirements:
  • ServiceNow GRC Certified
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • 3+ years of experience working in a ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CMDB
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
