Key Responsibilities:
  • Support technology implementation projects integrating legacy systems with cloud applications.
  • Understand business goals, objectives, and project value to effectively work with subject matter experts and business users to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT resources for inclusion and documentation of non-functional technical and operational requirements.
  • Work with business and 3rd party experts to understand, assess and document the future state target operating model, business processes, and business requirements.
  • Define and document business use cases.
  • Support business testing of projects solution.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance testing.
  • Creation of testing documentation.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
  • CBAP Certification.
  • University degree or diploma in Engineering, Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Business, Science or Economics.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in a regulated environment (i.e. Utility).
  • Experience with iGrafx for process management.
  • Experience with Test Case & script creation.
  • Project based experience with some of Gas and Pipelines core applications.
