Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather business requirements
  • Create business requirements, functional specifications, and technical requirements
  • Develop integrated system and technical design specifications
  • Facilitate business process development and process improvement sessions
  • Support the development of project deliverables, including requirements gathering and process documentation
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • 3 years of experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications
  • 5 years of experience in facilitating and managing business process development and process improvement
  • 5 years of experience in gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders
  • 5 years of experience with written and verbal communications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
  • Knowledge of business architecture design and software system specifications design
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
