Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team at First Tek, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications and facilitating the development of business applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements from diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Create business requirements, functional specifications, and technical requirements for new IT services.
  • Develop and maintain business processes and technical designs for existing systems.
  • Facilitate business process improvement sessions and participate in iterative development using model-based processes.
  • Perform project management, business, and technical analysis to deliver complex software solutions.
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • 3 years of experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications.
  • 5 years of experience in facilitating and managing business process development and process improvement.
  • 5 years of experience in gathering requirements from diverse groups of stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • 5 years of experience with written and verbal communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
