Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:

NorQuest College is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical and technical support to our business operations. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement business strategies, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and financial planning.
  • University degree in a related field.
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA/CA/CMA/CGA) is required.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with MS Excel.
  • Working knowledge of costing and revenue models.
  • Business and financial planning and forecasting experience.

What We Offer:

NorQuest College offers a competitive salary range of $79,436 - $99,264, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension and health benefits.
