Customer Service Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at our Electronics Specialty Shop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Promote products, services, and sales, and provide advice to customers on merchandise.
- Operations: Perform data entry, prepare sales contracts, and estimate or quote prices, credit, or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Store Operations: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide information on products and services.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in an electronics specialty shop environment.
- Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
- Health Benefits: Eligible for a healthcare plan.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: French.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
