Customer Service Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Clerk at Agence de Placement et de Développement Internationale Inc (R.P.M.B).
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products and services to clients, and negotiating sales contracts.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to provide accurate advice to clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, prepare sales contracts, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in an electronics specialty shop environment.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Language: Fluency in French is required.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
