SMS Equipment Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative - Parts Specialist to join our team in Val-d\u2019Or. This role is responsible for maximizing sales opportunities with customers, promoting and selling parts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales opportunities with customers to attain or exceed sales objectives.
  • Promote and sell parts, emphasizing the added value of SMS Equipment\u2019s products.
  • Take orders by phone, at the counter, or via email.
  • Verify parts prices and availability with suppliers and issue purchase orders.
  • Prepare part quotes and proposals for customers.
  • Follow up on pending orders and notify customers.
  • Ship and receive equipment parts.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Computer literate (MS-Office).
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment is an asset.
  • Good organizational and customer service skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Bilingual: French and English is an asset.
