As a Business Development Manager for our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress against targets


Requirements



  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
