Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement budget plans to control food, ingredient, and supply costs
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Monitor revenues and labor costs to make informed decisions
  • Supervise staff and provide training to ensure excellent customer service
  • Balance cash and complete financial reports
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure timely restocking
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals
