Job Summary:

Brandt is seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team in our Truck & Trailer division. As a key member of our Customer Service Centre, you will be responsible for placing new customer parts orders, following up on existing orders, confirming the availability of inventory, and responding to pricing inquiries to support our network of branch locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound sales calls to customers to promote our products and services.
  • Respond to parts pricing inquiries from customers through various channels, providing accurate and timely information to meet their needs.
  • Fulfill parts order requests from clients, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide availability of inventory and shipping times to customers, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with our services.
  • Provide parts support and assistance to other Brandt field staff members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work with multiple vendors to provide customers with various options to satisfy their parts requests.

Requirements:

  • Experienced multitasker able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented in order to maintain the highest level of accuracy to ensure customer parts requests are handled quickly and accurately the first time.
  • Active listener able to understand customers through two-way engagement to respond to parts-related requests and provide recommendations and solutions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
