Job Summary:
Brandt is seeking a skilled Parts Person to join our team in the Truck & Trailer division at our Regina location. As a key member of our Customer Service Centre, you will be responsible for placing new customer parts orders, following up on existing orders, confirming inventory availability, and responding to pricing inquiries to support our network of branch locations.
About the Role:
- Initiate outbound sales calls to customers to promote parts sales and build relationships.
- Respond to parts pricing inquiries from customers through various channels, providing accurate and timely information.
- Fulfill parts order requests from clients with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide customers with accurate information on inventory availability and shipping times.
- Collaborate with other Brandt field staff members to provide parts support and assistance.
- Work with multiple vendors to offer customers various options to satisfy their parts requests.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail to maintain accuracy and ensure customer parts requests are handled efficiently.
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide recommendations and solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
