Job Summary:

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Person. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that all parts are properly stocked and available for customer orders.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical programs and Microsoft applications.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
