We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at KINGDOM ATHLETICS LTD.
Job Summary:The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination.
- Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
- Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
