Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at KINGDOM ATHLETICS LTD.
Job Summary:The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and other administrative documents.
- Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes, agendas, and other materials.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to new employees, including onboarding and orientation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
