About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Leader to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for assisting in various areas, including General Cashier, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Labour Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of month-end and annual statements
  • Assistance with audits
  • Supervision and coordination of all finance operations in the hotel
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner
  • Compliance with FAIRMONT standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations

Requirements:

  • Senior Financial Leader with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in hotel/hospitality leadership
  • Computer literate with complex accounting software and other tools, such as Microsoft applications and relevant computer applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
