Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests.

• Manage hotel front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.

• Process transactions, including room charges, cash handling, and credit card payments.

• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

• Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures.

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
