At FLAMINGO INN, we are seeking a skilled Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms efficiently.
- Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for our guests.
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with attention to detail.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal hotel operations.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff members as needed.
