At FLAMINGO INN, we are seeking a skilled Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Register arriving guests and assign rooms efficiently.
  2. Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for our guests.
  3. Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  4. Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
  5. Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  6. Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  7. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with attention to detail.
  8. Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal hotel operations.
  9. Follow emergency and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff.
  10. Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff members as needed.
