We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at GTA Fantuan Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budget preparation and maintenance.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • Criminal record check.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and attention to detail.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
