Job Title: Senior Consultant in Digital Media Production

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant in Digital Media Production to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our Digital Practices/Studio 24 team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital events and productions that showcase our brand's image and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operationalize the control room and sound control room at Studio 24, ensuring seamless execution of live events and filming.
  • Prepare and coordinate logistics, technical cutting, and equipment preparation for live events and filming.
  • Solve technical and logistical problems in real-time, ensuring the highest level of quality and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and execute internal and external digital events, working closely with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Advise on event scripts, shooting, ideation, content, and scripting, ensuring alignment with our brand's image and values.
  • Develop and implement best practices for studio work processes and technological enhancements, training the team on new procedures and tools.
  • Create set universes, including ideation, assembly, and dismantling of sets, ensuring a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with stakeholders and team members to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Influence stakeholders, staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, and implementing new ideas and approaches.
  • Master post-production processes, including editing, color grading, special effects, and audio editing, ensuring high-quality final products.

About the Team:

You will be part of a dynamic team of 5 colleagues, reporting to the Senior Manager of NBC/Studio 24 Digital Practices. Our team designs high-impact digital productions for employee audiences, promoting our brand's objectives, business strategies, and culture. We foster a positive employee experience, encouraging continuous learning and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a control room operator in a studio or similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of audiovisual equipment and filming techniques.
  • Flexibility and availability to work outside of normal business hours.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following software: Davinci, Fusions, and Resolve.

Language: French and English

Why this language is required: You will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec, requiring strong language skills in both French and English.
