Job Title: Senior Consultant in Sound and Video Production

Join National Bank's Digital Practices/Studio 24 team as a Senior Consultant in Sound and Video Production. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality digital events and productions that showcase our brand's image and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operationalize the control room and sound control room at Studio 24, ensuring seamless execution of live events and filming.
  • Prepare and coordinate live events and filming, including logistical planning, technical setup, and equipment preparation.
  • Solve technical and logistical problems in real-time, ensuring the smooth delivery of events and productions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver digital events and productions that meet our brand's standards.
  • Advise on event concepts, scripts, and content, ensuring alignment with our brand's image and values.
  • Develop and implement best practices for studio operations, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our productions.
  • Oversee post-production processes, ensuring high-quality editing, color grading, special effects, and audio editing.
  • Ensure that all productions meet our brand's visual aesthetic standards, aligning with our brand image and values.
About the Team:

As a member of our Employee Experience sector, you will join a team of 5 colleagues and report to the Senior Manager of National Bank/Studio 24 Digital Practices. Our team designs and delivers high-impact digital productions that engage and mobilize our employees, customers, and shareholders. We foster a positive employee experience, promoting our culture, values, and activities through various forms of continuous learning and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience as a control room operator in a studio or similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of audiovisual equipment and filming techniques.
  • Flexibility and availability to work outside of normal business hours.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following software: Davinci, Fusions, and Resolve.
Language:

Fluency in French and English is required, as you will work closely with colleagues outside of Quebec.
