Veterinary Reception and Client Care Specialist
This role is a key part of our team at Tri Lake Animal Hospital and Referral Centre. As a Veterinary Reception and Client Care Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and their owners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients and their pets feel cared for and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admit and discharge pet patients
- Invoice and bill clients, creating estimates and explaining fees
- Manage email correspondence with clients, referring veterinarians, and internal office messages
- Place outbound calls to pet owners for follow-up and future appointment bookings
- Track and book appointments effectively
- Provide excellent customer service skills, creating a welcoming environment for our clients and their pets
- Perform general housekeeping duties, maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area, pet holding areas, and common areas
- Assist the veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments
