Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Join our team at CANADA INC. O/A MACEWEN WELLINGTON (21725) as a Retail Store Supervisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
