At CANADA INC. O/A MACEWEN WELLINGTON (21725), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring that they are within budget.
- Provide training and coaching to sales staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that it is safe and welcoming for customers.
- 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to customers and sales staff. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a variety of weather conditions.
