Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at CANADA INC. O/A MACEWEN WELLINGTON (21725). As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales goals, implement visual merchandising plans, and maintain store appearance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
