Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MACEWEN WELLINGTON (21725). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Manage store visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment that drives customer engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting sales targets.
