At CANADA INC. O/A MACEWEN WELLINGTON (21725), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare sales reports, including sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
