Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to oversee the production and merchandising of Pane Fresco Rotisserie products at Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the department, ensuring proper inventory levels and signage.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and department safety, adhering to Company Policy.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing courteous customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and control department expenses to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the hot foods industry, with 3 years' management experience in a restaurant or fast food operation.
- Post-secondary education in culinary preparation, such as line cooking procedures, is an asset.
