Job Title: Rotisserie Department Manager
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rotisserie Department Manager to oversee the production and merchandising of Pane Fresco Rotisserie products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profit growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the production and merchandising of Pane Fresco Rotisserie products
* Ensure the maintenance of equipment and the safety and sanitation of the department
* Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner
* Organize and set up the department, maintaining proper inventory levels and ensuring proper signage
**Requirements:**
* A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the hot foods industry, with a minimum of 3 years' management experience in either a restaurant or fast food operation
* Post-secondary education in culinary preparation, such as line cooking procedures, is a definite asset
