This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Seafood Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of seafood specialists and ensuring that the department is prepared for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of seafood specialists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  2. Develop and implement effective merchandising and inventory management strategies to drive sales and reduce waste
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  4. Collaborate with the seafood manager to plan and execute visual merchandising displays and promotions

Requirements:

  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
