About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multidisciplinary Inpatient Mental Health Unit. As Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for effective management of human, financial, and space resources, quality management, and resolution of patient care issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a department focused on delivering quality patient care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary Health Care Teams to support and advance the unit, site, and corporate strategic priorities
  • Develop, motivate, and support a cohesive team
  • Identify and enable educational strategies to enhance staff knowledge with respect to professional practices and patient care
  • Sustain seamless, integrated care and full scope of professional practice through innovative changes to the care delivery model

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and regional cost of living factors.
