About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at K&M Franchising Inc. as a Head Cook. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.

Chef Supervision

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our restaurant.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.

Work Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Work Setting

This position is based in a restaurant environment.

Physical Demands

This role requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
