About Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House

We are a dynamic and growing breakfast restaurant chain seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's unique flavor profiles and culinary expertise. Work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Staff Management and Training

Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure that all staff members are equipped to deliver our brand's culinary standards.

Inventory Management and Cost Control

Manage inventory levels and costs to ensure that we maintain a high level of profitability while maintaining the quality of our food and service.

Quality Control and Food Safety

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety. Implement and maintain a food safety program that meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Culinary Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Culinary Education

Post-secondary education in culinary arts or a related field.

Leadership and Communication Skills

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to Detail

High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
