We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at DAHIEM'S FOOD INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
    • Plan and execute menu items, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other culinary team members.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
    • Develop and implement systems to track inventory levels and monitor usage.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food products meet our company's quality standards, including taste, presentation, and safety.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer complaints and feedback.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent culinary skills, including cooking, menu planning, and food presentation.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, including training and development.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
