Job Description: As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to relevant departments.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
