Haworth, Inc. seeks an experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth in the office furniture and architectural interiors market. As a Global Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet quota and product mix goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets and product mix goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and influencers in the assigned territory.
  • Stay current with industry trends, economic news, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with dealers to plan and execute client engagements, and provide training and support to enhance their capabilities.
  • Manage business plans in CRM, track sales activities, and maintain accurate expense reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, with a proven track record of generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, travel up to 70% of the time, and adapt to changing market conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience working with dealerships and federal government contracts.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
