Job Summary:

The VP of Sales is a strategic leader responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion at Uberflip. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of achieving measurable business results in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team of Account Executives, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to drive sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, set sales quotas and goals, and analyze data to drive business results.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and track individual sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and coach sales professionals to drive continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement and work closely with sales leadership to review process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Technology and Data: Optimize the effectiveness of the team's technology investments, monitor Salesforce to ensure data accuracy, and identify opportunities for enabling technologies.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and delivery of training sessions to the sales team, improve the onboarding program for new sales reps, and recommend sales SPIFFs and incentive programs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Compile, distribute, and monitor weekly sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Regularly interact and coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure full alignment on programs, lead generation, and other joint Sales and Marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of high-performance Enterprise Sales Management experience.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving measurable business results goals in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and manage a high-performing team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of systems and data to manage the operation to optimal efficiency and results, with experience working with tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, 8x8, and ZoomInfo.
  • Culture Fit: A fanatical attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rapidly changing environment.
