The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of supervisory experience, a proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing sales floor supervision and coaching associates to maintain luxury standards and achieve customer service targets
  • Resolving customer issues and making recommendations on changes to enhance customer sales and service standards
  • Participating in the recruitment and selection of associates and assigning work and assignments as required
  • Providing feedback to the Manager, Sales on inventory performance, merchandising presentation standards, and customer trends and issues

The successful candidate will be adaptable, comfortable with change, and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Key measures of success include contribution to financial objectives, individual objectives linked to department goals, and feedback from internal and external clients.
