Sales Leadership Role

Holt Renfrew seeks a skilled Sales Leadership Role to provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to associates in achieving luxury sales and service standards.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of supervisory experience, a proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing sales floor supervision and coaching associates to maintain luxury standards and achieve customer service targets
- Resolving customer issues and making recommendations on changes to enhance customer sales and service standards
- Participating in the recruitment and selection of associates and assigning work and assignments as required
- Providing feedback to the Manager, Sales on inventory performance, merchandising presentation standards, and customer trends and issues
The successful candidate will be adaptable, comfortable with change, and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Key measures of success include contribution to financial objectives, individual objectives linked to department goals, and feedback from internal and external clients.
