We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team of lawyers and law clerks.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take on an active role in files, applying your expertise to drive results while working under the guidance of a skilled team of lawyers.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and business law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate reorganizations, restructurings, private placements, and corporate financing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Licenced to practice law in Ontario
  • Proven ability to draft legal documents related to incorporations, corporate reorganizations, and M&A transactions
  • Critical thinker able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent legal research skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional client service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to complete transactions from start to finish
