Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Team Management: Direct and advise staff in providing administrative services, including records management, security, finance, and human resources.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures are in place and adhered to.
  • Staff Development: Interview, hire, and provide training for staff members.
  • Financial Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
