About the Opportunity

We seek an Executive Director of Integrated Clinical Strategy to lead and advise on our One Person One Record (OPOR) strategy. This role oversees a leadership team supporting clinical transformation in collaboration with administrative and IT teams.

Responsible for the clinical development, delivery, and enhancement of OPOR, you will drive change readiness strategies to ensure OPOR's long-term viability.

You will be accountable for strategic and operational alignment with legislation and OPOR's mission, emphasizing continuous improvement, advancing excellence in OPOR delivery, and ensuring compliance with standards and accreditation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise senior leadership from all partner organizations on OPOR and organizational opportunities/issues.
  • Develop and implement workforce and performance strategies aligned with our vision and mission, promoting collaboration, innovation, engagement, and change management.
  • Lead the planning, organization, monitoring, and evaluation of OPOR clinical processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant health professional field.
  • Master's degree in business administration, public administration or related field or equivalent combination of bachelor's degree in a related field with significant leadership experience at a senior level.
  • 7-10 years of relevant senior leadership experience with progressive accountabilities for financial, strategic, clinical, and people management to support planning, implementation and ongoing operation of clinical performance within a multi-site organization(s) including tertiary, quaternary and academic mandates.
  • Registration with a relevant health or professional discipline/college or association.
  • Certified Health Executive and/or Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) designation considered an asset.
