About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Villa Madina - Water Park. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that they are ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management, as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
