Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at goeasy Ltd as an Employment Lifecycle Specialist.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company, providing critical support to employees and managers throughout their employment journey. As an Employment Lifecycle Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, maintaining accurate employee data, and providing HR guidance and support when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining positive employee relations through effective communication and facilitation of open dialogue during the onboarding process.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date confidential data within UKG Pro/UltiPro.
- Preparing HR documentation, including job verification letters, as required.
- Providing comprehensive HR support, encompassing employee programs, project assistance, tracking of HR metrics, annual performance appraisals, and other related tasks.
- Liaising with Talent Acquisition and Payroll departments to guarantee precise employee data during the hiring process and payroll cycle.
- Supporting special events and programs for employees.
- Assisting colleagues with HR-related issues.
- A post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $65,000 per year, based on national averages in Canada. Please note that this figure is subject to change and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
