About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at NBC. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
