Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Damage Specialist to join our team at Assurancia Groupe Tardif. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on insurance solutions.
- Conduct needs analysis and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Valid insurance license from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) or willingness to obtain one.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
