Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at BC LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and confirm details with attendees.
  • Office Maintenance: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-organized and tidy.
  • Communication: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and respond to phone calls and messages.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and must be able to communicate effectively in English.
