Job Title: Client Support

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Support professional to join our team at Cowan Insurance Group. As a Client Support specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our personal insurance customers and insurance markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process renewals in our broker management system Epic
  • Quote client policies in Applied Rating Services
  • Review policies for gaps in coverage and identify coverage enhancement opportunities
  • Process varied terms notices received from our carriers
  • Review new business and renewal policies to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Follow up with insurance carriers for late renewals

Requirements:

  • RIBO license or ability to obtain RIBO an asset
  • CAIB or CIP designations (or working toward designations) would be an asset
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage high volume while maintaining attention to detail
  • Professional, proactive, and positive work attitude is essential
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • Experience with EPIC would be an asset
