**Job Summary**

As a member of our Support Services team at MacLeod Cares, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to develop a range of skills and work collaboratively with a talented team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with housekeeping and laundry services to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Contribute to food preparation and serving, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, particularly in areas such as first aid and food handling.

**Requirements**

  • First Aid Training
  • Food Handlers Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursing home setting
