**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with housekeeping and laundry services to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Contribute to food preparation and serving, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service excellence and maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**

  • First Aid Training
  • Food Handlers Certificate
  • Strong ability to work within a team setting
  • Previous cleaning experience in a nursing home (an asset)
