Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide assistance to colleagues as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
